We offer a warm, grounding presence where you can explore whatever you’re carrying - gently, safely, and without judgment. Our practice is trauma-informed, emotionally focused, person-centred, and strength-based. We draw from a range of evidence-based and third-wave therapies, always tailored to what feels most supportive for you.
Reduced fees are available for those experiencing financial hardship. Additionally, we provide a 15-minute free consultation if you'd like to discuss this further.
Individual Counselling
Session Rates: $200
Student Rates: $180
Experience personalised support through individual counselling with Enrei. Our one-on-one sessions offer a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues, counselling provides the guidance you need to understand yourself better and move forward with confidence.
Couples Counselling
Session Rates: $230
Our couples therapy sessions are grounded in evidence-based practice. These approaches are designed to strengthen relationships by improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening emotional connection. Partners can build greater understanding, trust, and lasting intimacy through this work.
Child & Adolescent Counselling
Session Rates: $200 | Ages: 5-15 Limited Availability
We offer counselling for children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches. Sessions provide a supportive and safe space for young people to express themselves, develop coping skills and emotional resilience.
Counselling services are therapeutic in nature and are not intended for court reports, legal opinions, or custody recommendations.
